The Hafborg Hybrid training plates are made from dense virgin rubber of the same grade as you expect to find in an Olympic lifting traing plate. The difference is we have chosen to take out the stainless steel centre and use a conventional functional fitness style. These two things alone mean you get a high quality plate at a more affordable price.
